White Tiger Wushu Zhan at UNO 2nd year anniversary at SMX

Yesterday, April 26, White Tiger Wushu Zhan was invited by the Dragon team of UNO corp (Unlimited Networks of Opportunities International Corporation) to perform for their team in the UNO 2nd year anniversary celebration at SMX, Mall Of Asia.

Our call time was 12pm but we arrived at past 10am. Only then did we learned that the program will start at 3pm. It's a sop for us to report to our contact person for possible stage blocking and length of performance before the actual show. Therefore we went to SMX bldg to talk to our contact person. Unfortunately, the SMX securities were so so so strict. They refrain people from entering the building before the actual time of the event, unless you have anevent ID. We don't have that, good thing we arrived the same time as our contact person, the guard let us through. The event started with the cheerleading competition within the different teams of UNO distributors. We performed the Chinese Lion and Dragon dance for the Yellow Dragon team. After the short competition, the main program started. Mocha girls, which are the endorsers of UNO corp, sang and danced a Pussycat doll's song. The two main hosts were introduced, they were Tuesday (a comedy actress) and an UNO corp member. Aside from awardings and speeches, there were intermission numbers from Kyla and Mocha girls again. Mocha girls on their second number turned the stage on fire with their "Talk to me dirty" contest with 3 UNO members partnered with other 3 mocha girls. A kiss with Mocha from the winner sizzled the stage and made the men audiences envy. Whoa! When the main program ended, party started with a bang! The Parokya ni Edgar took the stage by storm. It literally shook the SMX floor with the audiences' jumping to the beat. Even with the bouncers and securities around, they can't stop the audiences from getting wild. Especially when Chito Miranda himself encouraged the people to do so. Hehehe. They were supposed to perform just 6 songs in a row but they were really generous enough to perform more. Before the last song ended, we headed out to prevent the crowd since we carry the bulky Chinese Dragon and Lion and Drum.

I didn't get a lot of pictures from the event because my camera phone's battery gotten low. Too bad.
